Our mobile safari camping tours are available on both Budget and mid-range.
Regardless of which package you choose, New Brighton Safaris ensures these standards are met:
Safe Drinking Water: Filtered or bottled mineral water is provided throughout the safari.
Expert Guiding: All safaris are led by experienced, professionally trained guides who are knowledgeable about wildlife, birds, and flora.
Back-up Support: We maintain radio contact with our Maun office for safety and support.
Fresh Cuisine: All meals are made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We can cater to dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) with prior notice.
What’s Included in Your Safari Price ✅
When you book a mobile camping tour with New Brighton Safaris, the following is included in the base price:
Accommodation: All camping fees and tented accommodation as per the itinerary.
Meals: Three meals daily (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) plus snacks while on game drives.
Beverages: Tea, coffee, and a supply of clean/filtered drinking water.
Transport: All ground transportation in a custom-built, open 4×4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof for game viewing.
Guiding Services: Services of a professional, English-speaking guide and the camp crew (chef, assistant).
Activities: All scheduled safari activities as per the itinerary (Game Drives, Mokoro excursions, Bush Walks, etc.), including fuel and site fees.
Park Fees: All relevant park entry fees and concession levies (e.g., Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve, Chobe National Park).
Camping Equipment: All group camping equipment (tents, mattresses, mess tents, cooking utensils, chairs, tables)
What’s Excluded from Your Safari Price ❌
The following items are not included in the tour price and are the responsibility of the guest:
Flights: International and domestic airfare.
Visas: Cost of Botswana entry visas and passport fees.
Insurance: Comprehensive travel, medical, and cancellation insurance (Mandatory) .
Transfers: Transfers not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., hotel to airport in Maun if arriving early).
Premium Beverages: Alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, and bottled water purchased outside of meal times (though water is provided, premium beverages are for the guest’s account).
Personal Expenses: Items of a personal nature such as curios, souvenirs, telephone calls, and internet data.
Gratuities: Tips for your guide, chef, and camp crew (at your discretion).
Optional Activities: Any activities not listed in the standard itinerary (e.g., scenic helicopter flights over the Delta).
